Verse of the day:

“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” (Revelation 21: 2-4)  listen to chapter  (Read by Max McLean. What's new on the Hagen Homestead

Sorry that we have been a little busy to post many updates. The month of August has been a little crazy. Mrs. Christine's dad spent much of the month in the hospital, but thanks be to God he is doing much better now. But just to keep you updated, here are a few things that have recently happened here on the Homestead: We have added to our flock of chickens...125 new chicks to be exact. We hope to have more layers layin' by the end of the year. These little fuzz balls are just sooo cute!
Also, we have added a second milk cow, Sunflower. She is a sweet cow, just still trying to get used to us and getting used to things here on the Homestead.
